Key Responsabilities

As Performing Hard Collections
- Reach out to clients with outstanding balances to negotiate and secure payments.
- Use your strong communication skills to close payment arrangements and meet targets.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of all interactions and payment agreements.

As A Customer Service Agent
- Handle incoming calls and assist customers with their inquiries, providing top-notch support.
- Ensure every interaction is positive, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
- Help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing clear and helpful information.
Requirements

You May Need:
- Hard Collections: Minimum 3 months of experience in collections or a similar role.
- Customer Service: No experience required, just a strong vocabulary and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage conversations with professionalism.
